Untuk sekarang ini, Microsoft hanya menjual tablet Surface yang menggunakan prosesor berarsitektur ARM dan berjalan dengan sistem operasi Windows 8 RT. Microsoft membanderol Surface dengan harga 499 dollar AS untuk model 32GB. Nilai ini sama dengan harga iPad generasi III model 16GB dan Wi-Fi. Pemesanan bisa dilakukan di situs resmi Surface.com. Microsoft juga menjual Surface yang dibundel dengan aksesori penutup sekaligus keyboard yang diberi nama Touch Cover berwarna hitam. Surface model 32GB yang dibundel dengan Touch Cover dihargai 599 dollar AS, dan Surface model 64GB bundel dengan Touch Cover dihargai 699 dollar AS.
